You need to know the competition rules, horse gaits, intricate timecodes and controller codes. Playback equipment and interfacing. On top of that...you're building a show, so you also need to be an entertainer.
Here's a Zambelli Fireworks Show soundtrack. It was edited to stereo L&R, a separate sub track and two tracks of controller code. One for the firing computer and one for TV sync. Playback was on a laptop with an M-Audio 8 output USB audio interface running Sonar X1. The show was also running a simple CD as back-up with tracks summed to mono on the left and compatible timecode running on the right.
This fireworks edit contains 47 "healing" edits, 12 composed transitions, 2 key changes to make the transitions build and spanned several generations. A fitting audio track for the incredible Zambelli shows!
